IN ORDER FOR US TO DO ACCURATE APPRAISAL WE NEED TO SEE THE ITEMS.
Process
Submitting items

You have three choices:

  1. Make an appointment to come to our office. We make most of our appraisals while you wait, right in front of you. Call us or use the Conact Us page.
  2. Do not have time to wait, drop your jewelry off in our office at your convenient time and pick it up when you can.
  3. Send it to us. 

To send your gemstones, jewelry or watches following the instructions below:

  • You need to submit form of payment along with your items. At this time we take: checks, money orders, cash or PayPal payments.
  • Insure your jewelry, gemstones or watches for an amount that you would be happy with. 
    • U.S.Postal Service - Please insure, register and request a return receipt.
      Maximum insurance $ 25,000.
    • UPS / FedEx - Does not ship loose stones. Mounted jewelry and watches only.
      Maximum insurance UPS $ 50,000. FedEx $ 25,000
    • Malca-Amit / Dunbar / Brinks - Will ship loose and or mounted jewelry and watches.
      Maximum insurance $1,000,000.
  • Upon receipt of your package, we will contact you by e-mail and/or telephone to acknowledge receipt of package and to confirm the estimated time of completion
  • All jewelry, gemstones and watches with the LAIGL reports will be returned to you in the same manner as received.
